Rodeo is their game, Bullfighter is their name.
When the lights hit and the commentator speaks,
he knows now is no time to be weak.
He hangs his head and says a prayer:
“Lord, keep me safe
while I’m out there.”
It’s time to go and start the show
Come on boys, let’s give them a rodeo.
Kicked, barged, and rubbed in the dirt,
They’ll defend these cowboys, even when it hurts.
For the rodeo clown walks in faith never afraid of his fate.
“Are you scared?” someone said.
He looked back and replied,
“If I was… these cowboys would be dead.”
